Bold Business Centre is a property that houses multiple different businesses, offering different sized companies office space, workshops, storage and light industrial workspace units.
Millfield Business Park is a part of an industrial estate consisting of a distribution warehouse, Costco Wholesale and a car service centre.
Overview of grounds maintenance projects:
JPM is a valued client of PMC, our long lasting relationship and competitive prices have led us to winning 2 new contracts with their sites as follows.
Bold Business Centre – The property is surrounded by vast landscaping which we were instructed to maintain, providing a range of grounds maintenance services that PMC has on offer.
Millfield – Due to the nature of the site, the property has a non-stop flow of customers/patrons which means that we were asked to look after the landscaping element of the site to ensure the standard look of the site was upheld.
The Challenge
Before our grounds maintenance services were requested, the sites had not previously been maintained, and therefore had to be brought up to landscaping standards.
How PMC helped – grounds maintenance provision
We provide our client at JPM a quotation for monthly grounds maintenance and landscaping visits, and to change our schedule in the winter months to meet seasonal requirements.
At Bold Business Centre, we look after the grass and lawns, planted areas and hard standing areas. We also do the same for Millfield yet at a slightly smaller scale due to the size of this site compared to Bold.
Results:
Both sites are now maintained and held to the highest landscaping standard and we will continue to work with JPM to ensure all their grounds maintenance needs are met for these sites.
